Inland Group Inaugurates Quinta do Aqueduto
The Inland Group, a specialist in property development and part of the holding company Promovalor, has just launched the Quinta do Aqueduto estate.
Combining history, nature, architecture and lifestyle, this complex is located in the municipality of Loures in the parish of Santo Antão do Tojal,
One of the highlights is the show house styled by the magazine Caras Decoração.
The Quinta do Aqueduto project designed by architect Samuel Torres de Carvalho seeks to establish multiple links with the surrounding areas to enhance an outdoor lifestyle and contact with nature. The townhouses and apartments are functional, optimised, and south-facing, taking advantage of the natural light from sunrise to sunset.
The 62 townhouses have been organised into 6 sections, thus ensuring individuality. These offer typologies T2, T3 and T4, with two storeys. Each townhouse has its own plot featuring a private garden, with the option of a pool, a solarium on the roof, and two covered parking spaces.
The 30 apartments comprise typologies T1, T2 and T3. The common areas boast a garden and a south-facing pool, a condominium room and a shared garage, with an average of two parking spaces per apartment and storage space).
All units are certified with the Classes A and B in terms of energy efficiency.
In addition to a service area, the project will also help to regenerate the area next to the Aqueduto with an urban park offering approximately 7,465 m2 of green space. This will provide an added value for both the residents and the local community.
Enjoying a natural setting close to Lisbon in a small town in the centre of the municipality of Loures, the Quinta do Aqueduto estate offers a contemporary yet also historical and cultural character thanks to its proximity to monuments such as the Aqueduto de Santo Antão do Tojal (Santo Antão do Tojal Aqueduct) and the Palácio da Mitra (Mitra Palace).
